LVVWD office hours change
The Water District is now open Monday
through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We are closed Friday through Sunday.
The Las Vegas Valley Water District (LVVWD) will extend office hours Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and close on Fridays. The new hours began Monday, June 29.
The Water District call center will continue to remain available 24 hours a day for emergencies or to report leaks. Call (702) 870-4194.
Development Services
Fire Hydrant Meters
- Fire hydrant meter set and removal requests for next day service must be received in Development Services by 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
- A same-day fire hydrant meter set will be completed if the request is received by 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday. LVVWD will charge a $70 same-day meter set fee.
- Requests for next day service for combination fire hydrant meters with backflow assemblies must be received by 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
- No fire hydrant meter sets or removals will be completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Developer Fees
LVVWD will accept developer fees for water plan review packages Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. No fees will be accepted, nor will meter receipts be issued, on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
LVVWD Inspections
LVVWD field staff will continue to provide development inspection services Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Vendor Information
The warehouse at the Valley View Campus (1001 S. Valley View Blvd.) will accept deliveries Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. The warehouse will close on Fridays.
