Construction Bid Opportunities Help

The Construction Bid Opportunities program is a web-based system developed by the Las Vegas Valley Water District to display information relating to construction projects that are open to bids by any qualified contractor.

Use the system to view the project notice, get information about the project and plan cost, and view the results of bids after the bid opening.

Construction Bid Opportunities Screen

This screen lists all open contracts and any contracts which have closed in the past 90 days. It includes the following information:

Contract Number

The project's official contract number.

Project Info

A PDF file of the official project notice.

Plans

Plan cost and a link to the Plan Holders List, which displays all contractors who have purchased plans for this contract.

Prebid Conference

The date, time and location to the prebid conference.

Addenda Number and Date

Any addenda items on this contract and the date they were added.

Bid Opening

The date and time of the bid opening, if the bid opening has taken place, includes a link to the Opening Results.

A form for questions or comments.
