Rates and Usage Thresholds

The rates below were effective Jan. 1, 2010. The thresholds listed below are based on a 30-day billing cycle. Your monthly bill may have fewer or more days, depending upon when your meter is read. You can locate your meter size on your water bill.

Definition of Tier and Threshold

Utilities use tiers and thresholds to determine rates and income. At the Water District, a tier is the amount of water received at a specified rate. A threshold is the point at which one tier moves to another.
