Pay Online
You have two online payment options:
- Monthly Online Payments
Register or log on to make payments using a credit card or bank account. You also can view your bill online and sign up for automatic payments and paperless billing.
- One-time Payment
You can use your credit card or debit card with a credit card symbol to make a one-time payment online. Your bill will not be displayed with this option.
Currently, Big Bend Water District customers can not register for the online system. Please see the Big Bend Water Service site for information.
View Your Bill Online
Register for the eBill online payment system to view the past six months of your bill history.
Before You Register
Please be sure we have your correct social security number or EIN/Tax ID number on file. You won't be able to access the eBill online payment system if we can't verify these numbers with our records.
If you encounter problems signing up or would like to check the social security or Tax ID number on file, call (702) 870-4194 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday to speak with a representative. (We are closed Friday-Sunday.)

Billing Questions
If you think you've been billed incorrectly, please call Customer Services at (702) 870-4194 during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST). The amount of your bill must be paid to prevent discontinuance of service. Any necessary adjustments will be shown on a future bill.
