The One-Time Payment option allows you to pay your bill online with a credit or debit card, or checking or money market account. You won't be able to view your bill with this option.

eBill Registration

Failure to Register

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to register:

  • Are you a new customer? If you are trying to make a one-time payment, you must have received at least one paper bill before your account number will be recognized by eBill.
  • Did you type in all the information correctly? We must be able to match the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number or your company's EIN/Tax ID number to verify the account.

If you still have a problem registering, contact us at (702) 870-4194 or e-mail us.

Multiple Accounts

If you have more than one LVVWD account, you can include these accounts in your eBill profile by going to the "Account List" page and clicking "Add an account to this profile." You will need account number and either the last four digits of the social security number of the primary account holder or the EIN/Tax Identification Number for each account.

eBill Email Notifications

You'll receive an e-mail that you have a new bill within four days of its issue date.

Viewing Your Bill Online

If you registered for eBill on the LVVWD website, you will be able to view your most recent bill immediately. If you registered at a third party website, you will be able to view all future bills as of the date you registered, but not past bills.

Paperless Billing

The Water District offers a paperless billing option. Go to the "Worry Free Options" page to select paperless billing. You can enroll or de-enroll at any time.

Bill Insert

If you have signed up for paperless billing, but would still like to view the monthly bill insert, you can view it online.
