Stop Service
Submit a stop service form to turn off
water service.
To stop residential water service, fill out and submit the Residential Stop Service Form.
To stop water service for a business, submit the
Commercial Stop Service Form via fax (702) 258-7165 or mail. Please allow five business days to process your stop service request. Commercial stop requests cannot be processed over the phone.
Deposits and Refunds
The Las Vegas Valley Water District will generate a closing bill and mail it to you within 10 business days after disconnection. If a deposit was paid on the account, we'll apply it to the closing bill. If the deposit is more than your final bill, we'll send you a refund check.
