Big Bend Rates and Fees
If you have questions about the rates and fees, call Customer Service at (702) 298-3113, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays).
Rates and Fees
- $2.70 per 1,000 gallons up to conservation limit (single-family home = 15,000 gallons)
- $3.38 per 1,000 gallons in excess of 15,000 gallons
- $45 activation fee and $7.10 monthly service charge for Single-Family Residential Service

There is a payment drop box at our office on Thomas Edison Drive and at the Laughlin Town Shopping Center, 3080 Needles Highway.
